★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woman on the phone argued with me about ever receiving my order of dropped wings. Then said "just kidding" before putting me on hold while driver brought me a new order of wings. 5 out of 5 to the driver and 0 out of 5 to the woman at the store. Buyer beware!

Doesn’t matter when you order pizza, they’re going to start making your pizza when you arrive at location and ask for your order. I have tried ordering more than 1 hour before coming in. But every time, they will tell me it’s not ready yet, it will be ready in another 10-15 min. This happens every time when I’ve ordered.
Corporate should take action against this!
Note: This is for the pickup options, not for the delivery. I think if I will ask for delivery, the pizza will be delivered next day instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordered pizza in the last 4 months from 5 different places in Kamloops. All have been good. But in the last 3 days we ordered 8 pizzas from the North Shore Pizza Hut and they have been EXCELLENT. Tons of toppings and lots of cheese and the pan crust has been amazing—not too greasy! Super flavourful, nice and hot, and delivered earlier than we were told they would be—bonus when you’re really hungry! Customer service has been great via phone and delivery people awesome. We live in a new building with a tricky door buzzer system and they've been very understanding! Great deals too. Big time repeat customers, we highly recommend North Shore Pizza Hut!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza hut is always delish! But today I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried the new limited time only KFC chicken poppers pizza. I never thought in a million years that corn on pizza would be deadly! This pizza is absolutely the best, it's almost like going to grandma's for chicken dinner! This pizza even has the gravy, believe it or not, but as the pain pizza sauce! I give this pizza a 10 out of 10! It fixed my KFC craving and pizza hut craving all within 1 bite! Will definitely be ordering this one again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 minutes away and my order took 1 & 1/2 hours to get. Called in and said it was going to be late but on its way. Once it arrived it was all cold. Thanks for the delivery driver for not ringing the door bell as per order comments. Puts order on ground and knocks on door. Last time I order from this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two large pizzas. Sixty dollars. Generous tip. Well-made pizzas arrived crushed and elongated, clearly mistreated by the delivery driver. It was a Sunday night, ours were the only pizzas in the hot bag - and yet, our pizzas were destroyed. I cannot express how disappointed I am in the poor service I received, and will be informing everyone I know to avoid this location for any future business. What a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give less then 0 stars. Ordered 2 pizzas (including 1 that I paid extra for stuffed crust, boneless bites and a 2l. Ended up getting 2 pasta, 6 breadsticks, wings and a 2 liter. Might be the most impressive screw up I've ever seen. Not happy about it and no response from the store or parent company. Wont recommend to anyone after tonight... Finally got a response and they wouldn't just refund my money or give me a credit to use online. They should have refunded to my original payment like other businesses do or just send me the right order but they decided to stop communicating. Terrible service from top to bottom
