★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been loyal customers for years because the staff is friendly and knowledgable. My questions are always so kindly answered. I was looking for a particular tree that was sold out. Instead of brushing me off, I was added to the order list for next season to ensure I will get this tree! Also, in our rush we missed loading one prepaid bag of soil, the staff allowed us to swing back (we were 40mins into our trek home) and grab said bag. Amazing customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the midst of the wild fires we needed to get sprinklers. Most stores were sold out or closed as it was a Sunday. The owner, John opened the store for us and provided the supplies we need at a very very good price. He even threw in a bag of our favourite liquorice. We will always be very thankful for his exemplary service. EXCELLENT SERVICE
