★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry I can not give a good review toward the taste of the subs just that I asked for a sub with roast beef in it and was told they nolonger sell it. I then asked what there diet or low calorie subs were to replace the roast beef. I was told the ham,turkey,cold cut combo or salomi, 2 of the 4 are hi fat choices. Seeing as my only options are now ham and turkey for my protein l went to Quiznos. I really hope they bring beef back so we have more healthy protein options to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is good, but the mediocre review comes because of management. Subway is notorious in Kamloops for how new hires are treated, and is often brought up as a place to not apply at- even if desperate for a job. Not only that, the owner is notoriously cheap. If you hear any advertisements about nationwide campaigns for deals done by Subway, I can guarantee you all the Kamloops locations will not be participating in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously $46.00 for 3 subs no drinks no add on's no chips or cookies would not have hurt as bad if you weren't so cheap with your veggies like sprinkling like seriously sprinkling Lettuce on the sub . if you wanna be cheap lower your prices..

This location needs to train staff a little more.
We asked for our subs in wraps for the first time.
It really would have been helpful to have been informed of the fact there are 2 sizes that are $2 difference. We both ordered double meat so we paid $2.50 for 1chicken piece. When we questioned the young lady...she said this is the way it is. No mention that a large would have come with 2 for $2 more.
My lady requested honey Mustard on her wrap. The young lady said....you KNOW you are ordering turkey?
There were only 6 slices on her wrap....after paying for double meat.
Sorry....what our tastes are are not really your business. Will avoid this location in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So not impressed. What's the point of coupons when you won't honor them. Went to two locations and neither location would accept my coupon. Their excuse? Covid and lack of staff. Subway, you've lost 2 customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As already seen in previous reviews, they're notorious for refusing nationally mailed coupons. As someone new to Kamloops, I did not know that; until last night, that is.
I don't know what excuse they used before Covid, but now their excuse is 'extreme staffing shortages'. The thing is though, I've managed a small chain of Subways before, and did not see any staffing shortage. Maybe if the person hiding in the kitchen didn't pop their head out, it would be easier to believe this nonsense; but she came out, while I was ordering, proving they had a full staff.
This may be their new excuse, but it's not the only one they've used to deny the coupon system. I'm a full-time single father, and don't make a ton of extra money. I ONLY decided to go there, last night, because I had coupons. A meal that should have cost me $15 plus taxes, cost me $26 dollars.. That's ridiculous! For two sandwiches, with an accumulated 4-5 dollars in ingredients, at best.
I will NEVER go back to any location owned, and/or managed by the same people. When we lived in Merritt, we would eat at Subway as often, and regularly as possible; but that stops now. Subway as an entire company has now lost a customer over this, and from now on this dad will either be going to Quiznos; or just stick the better wraps, and sandwiches I make, at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As others have posted the sole owner of all Kamloops Subway franchise's has decided to not accept National coupons. I'm not a coupon guru, but will support at regular prices knowing promotions appear once in awhile. Well, it's his right not to accept the coupons and my right to take my business elsewhere. Been nice knowing you.
