★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy working here needs to learn how to talk properly. No please, no thank you. It was so rude. He opens the drive though window and shouts “7.30!!!” After accepting the drink I said thank you, and he closed the window so rudely. I have always seen people at Tim Hortons welcoming you with such a big smile and talking so politely. Such a bad experience this one was!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has disappointed me repeatedly and makes me wonder why a simple thing like hash browns during the breakfast hours are not available and the voice made it sound like “to bad so sad” kind of thing.
The orders that I’ve gotten are seldom without mistakes and most time barely warm.
Maybe it’s time for corporate to come in and check out this franchise to see if something needs to be majorly changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, a lil busy at times but once the staff get to know you, they are amazing.
Food is always done quickly and accurately, inaccuracies are fixed quickly. Quickly. The store has a really great working dynamic which makes coming in as a customer a treat. There is a bit more of a street presence at the store, so if you're uncomfortable with that, just keep that in mind. The people are pretty respectful outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 6pm- for the 4th time I've been there there was no donuts. Every time I go its bare. This time I had to snap a pic. No donuts no cookies no muffins. Not sure whats going on at the timmies on 8th but its failing at one of the main reasons people go to tim hortons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest service 10 minutes before someone acknowledges you're even at the drive through, another 10 to pay at the window. Then they always out of everything. Any other Tim Hortons in town is better than this one. Update on last review. Still the worst Tim Hortons in town shouldn't even have opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure who they have in the back buttering and cream cheesing the bagels but I don't think I have got even 1 that has been right. I have gotten many bagels and they always come where one piece is heavily buttered and the rest are dry as sand. Decided to go for cream cheese instead and same thing. Top half had about an inch thick of cream cheese, bottom half was dry with nothing. I understand things happen, but this is consistently happening regardless of how busy they are. Please, please consider re-training everyone. Especially the managers because I have only seen one person seem to have a clue and I think it was the owner. The woman in the drive thru taking orders is awesome too. Very kind lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massive line ups inside while the drive-thru flies along. Slow to put food together for dine-in patrons even by Tim Hortons standards anywhere else in the city. Was charged for a higher end drink they didn't have with no refund on the difference & received a lower end product. Interior appears fairly clean for a fast food restaurant. Very spacious interior & seating is fairly comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are always very friendly here. I have always had my coffee taste fresh. Honestly have no problems here. I don't eat Tim's food because I don't think its good, so can't comment on that. Coffee is great though compared to some other location.
Busy location and services a lot of customers so of course there's going to be wait times. Those complaining of the drive through taking long, well when there is 10 cars in front of you, that means there would be 10 PEOPLE standing in front of you in the line. A drive through is NOT an "express" through.
Bathrooms have always been clean when I have used them. Inside is always pretty clean as well. Nice little seating lounge areas.
