T	Tim Carlson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered at 5:16, finally drove down there at 7. They were busy,but not 2 hrs for a burger busy. Even then the order was missing items. If your craving Wendy's, I suggest ordering from the one on columbia street.
J	Jack Daniels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had WORST experience on 2020, when I went at this branch of Denny's with big expectations as in other places I had a really good experience even in Vancouver. But in this place was really downgraded the credibility of the franchise. Thought of letting it go, but recently (3 weeks ago) a group of my friends visited this place and their order was delayed for more than 45 minutes. That day I complained about my order in which my chicken was not grilled properly and anybody can notice it, as I showed it by cutting it to the then manager "Alan Francis". He just replied to me that it is the way that they cook in that place. Can you believe it ...................... really poor standard of training, I mean who made him a manager? This guy "Alan" will never succeed whichever company he works for, he will remain a liability for everybody.

Waited 20 min for 1 person to be served, waited an additional 7 min and the second person in front of me still hadn't been served. Way to slow for fast food. Get it together with your service times!!

I waited by the pick up order spot for about 20 minutes and had to ask for my order. The lady making the food was not happy she had to make our food again. I know it's busy and work in fast food as well but they could have asked what I was waiting for but was left unacknowledged
M	Master Swiggins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Wendy's connoisseur I love Wendy's. When I found out they were making another location near me, I was ecstatic. And when They first opened, they were great. However they have really dropped the ball lately. In the last 2 visits this week, They have charged me for food I didn't get and failed to cancel my mobile order and I was still charged. Very upsetting.

Bacon was lacking on the baconator, got 4 half strips, so 2 full slices of bacon, pretty sure thats not the right amount, the name of the burger is baconator, not some bacon on a burger... is this place turning into the next mcdonalds, come on wendys youre better than this.... uodate straw will not reach bottom of cup due to too much ice and therss so much shaking it and trting to move the straw does not work... if any restaurants need ice tonight for their bar i can supply you with some as i was given plenty instead of a drink...
