★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year I was here for a dinner date and I was disappointed by my club sandwich, I let it slide because I’d had better experiences here.
Tonight we decided to give them a second chance and I’m afraid it was worse than I expected.
The staff was friendly, and the nachos were a decent size, but barely had enough salsa for the top layer.
The pizza was missing cheese and tasteless, we added shrimp to it and they skimped out on all the other toppings. My sons pizza was also missing half the toppings we’ve had at other Boston Pizza’s and my wife didn’t finish her salad it was that bad.
I’m not sure what’s wrong with this Boston Pizza, the one in Kelowna and Vancouver are good, but both times I’ve been here I’ve been very disappointed. I won’t give it a 1 Star because my sons birthday 4 years ago here was good, but based on my recent experience they can certainly improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every year me and 35 of our buff cowboys would come to Whispering Pines Rodeo from Ram Ranch AB. But, we always make sure to stop in BPs like a breed of ram wanting to rut. After a long hard day of riding bulls we like to come and clap our cheeks with big beef dippers. 18 usually like to be inside the other 18 are big fans of the patio outside in the yard. Dress code is pretty loose which is nice cause we're usually pretty dirty. Thanks for the repeated years of service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there two weeks ago. I ended up getting a flat tire on my way there to pick up my food. To say the least the spare was rusted on...long story short it took me 2 hours..n Maddy was nice enough to comp my meal for me...it tasted delicious even though it was on a heat plate for that long..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were six of us eating and the service was excellent and so was the food with one exception. I ordered the steak dinner. It was rare as I requested but it was so tough I couldn’t chew it nor could anyone else who tried

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived here at 8:33 on a Friday night after a tough day of motocross racing at the Western Canadian amateur nationals. We were advised that they stopped seating at 8:30. The hostess was nice enough to ask the manager to make an exception for 3 minutes. The manager declined.
This is the exact opposite of customer service.
I owned a bar in Puerto Vallarta and if my manager had done this he would be looking for another job !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very fantastic experience tonight. My partner and I found the food delicious, and much quicker than we expected. The highlight was the great service from out server, Amanda. She was quick, friendly and attentive. All around incentive gor us to want to return soon!
