★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken is what you expect from KFC: Crispy on the outside & tender on the inside. The staff were great and did a good job making everything go smoothly despite the changes that have been instituted for safety: distancing, no indoor dining, no toilet access, drinks served by the staff, and a specific spot for waiting while indoors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fries were soggy and almost cold. The potatoes in the potatoe salad were hard. The corn wasn't tasty. And the chicken was a little over cooked. I won't be ordering from here again until I read a good review on here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I don’t have such a negative experience but tonight was terrible service from the girl that works the drive thru, she starts to take my order and then tells me to wait one second, so I preceded to wait a few mins and then I say hello, she then says can I take your order, I say I haven’t finished giving you my order. Get to the window and I’m only given 1 drink when I paid for two, same girl asks to see my receipt and says I don’t get a second drink because it doesn’t come with my order, okay… fine I pull into parking lot and check my receipt and it says I paid for two drinks so I go in the same girl sees me and asks if what I need I let her know I paid for two drinks and she only gave me one, she then gaslights me and says I thought I gave you two, I tell her no, we just had this conversation at the window. Got my drink but her service was terrible and she should probably be given more training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far the worse Chicken my husband and I have eaten. Tasteless!!. I don't know if the 11 herbs and spices are expensive but this chicken didn't have any breading and absolutely no taste. Deep fried chicken skin with nothing on it. Also a wing falls into white meat category not dark meat. Never eat here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST!!!!! I GET IN THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE ,and they tell me its gonna be 30 minutes for chicken. Thanks for telling me, I can't wait that long, I'll pass. Can i exit the drive through lineM? Yes, the voice says, you can go around . And I drive 5 feet around the corner....and no, of course I can't get out. Stuck behind 3 cars and no getting around them. So, spent 15 minutes in line with nothing and for nothing. Glad to see they're busy, but fer crying out loud , move the line!!!!

We don't have a KFC at home. So we had lunch here - chicken sandwiches which we both enjoyed. As we do their fries and gravy!
HOWEVER - the original recipe bucket we brought home for dinner was in a word - UNSATISFACTORY! Very greasy, and the wonderful 11 herbs and spices we grew up with simply wasn't there.
This isn't the first time - in fact it's the third time we've had this experience from the same location over the course of about 3 yrs. First time ... I thought it was a one off. But no.
Sadly ... we've given up on KFC, we'll pick up Hungry Herby's on our way home from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our guy working the till was wearing a pot shirt didnt think that was on the menu but it might of made is better cause those nacho chips were suppose to be fries. And that super Chicken Sandwich not sure about the Mayo looked like lard. Thank God for Mary Browns Chicken.
