Not a huge fan of counter staff. He is consistently rude, dismissive and generally unpleasant to deal with.
I had a mix up on an order, they made it right and comped a few things on the side.

Still very good food and service. Cant find better chicken or fries or biscuits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open til 11:00… try maybe open til 10:30 if that.. came in at 10:45 to get two chicken sandwiches.. they said they could only do one. Refused to make another.. called them as I was getting home just to see if they understood they are open until 11:00. Guy on the phone treated me with absolute disrespect… very shady

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate here a lot while stuck in Kamloops due to the coldwater river flooding. I can’t comment on the upkeep of the building because I never went in, but boy is that food good! Might just be my new favourite fast food place! The chicken tasted real, and not like it had been in the back of an industrial freezer for months. 5/5 would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to come here because the food was worth looking past the appearance of the restaurant. The past 2 visits Ive noticed an excessive decline in the overall upkeep of the lobby and visable kitchen area. I am at a point where I am no longer willing to look past the faults as it is influencing the quality of food I am receiving. There is a lack of effort in staff with covid protocols as there were multiple people in line without masks and an obvious lack of sanitizing common areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very rarely eat chicken. For a change, we decided to pick up some chicken. So glad we did!! Absolutely delicious. Crispy chicken skin and juicy,cooked meat. So yummy! We'll be back ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just okay. Good chicken, but I expected better... The chicken strips were a bit doughy inside. Service was good and the food was really quick! The sides were all very good (biscuit, salad, fries). Would go again and get the chicken
