Girl who made this food for me was very friendly and happily smiled and welcomed. I think she was a trainee but gave her best at customer service. Would recommend everyone to go there not for the best food only but for the best experience and warmth welcoming . Keep it up team.

Noticed that the spinning heater that the beef is on is never lit or hot... they shave the beef and put it in a cup to heat up. Quality is good, but these guys really need to get their training up to par. Efficiency is very,very poor. In addition, during peak hours they remove the restaurant from skip the dishes,door dash ect. Seem like the time that people would like their food? Prob due to the inability to properly manage orders due to lack of organization. The food is great, just need to get organized.
R	Remy Machado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a skip driver refuse to pick up an order i had placed, called in and they said that I would be able to come pick it up free of charge, they had everything hot and remade for me when I showed up, I was also given a complimentary lentil soup. The food was amazing and a great price for not just the quality, but also the quantity. Service was amazing and everyone working did a terrific job! I would extremely recommend eating here!

Please put atleast one Menu Card for those who don't like to stare on the TV display. Please do not put Display based on Costliest food items on first display and cheapest on the last display because it's your budding stage and you guys need to make life easy for others and not harder than it already is. Please put up a better "Order Here" board on place of that printed paper cutting. You guys will definitely have more business anyways so why holding on initial expenses. And do not undersell yourself as a fast food joint. Way of working is a little lack of speed and out of order. I hope that will get resolved by time. Shawarma was a must needed food in here and atlast you guys brought it here and big thanks for that. Please help yourself to get better so that we don't have to wait forever and then may be we can give you a five star for the amazing food you guys are serving. Thank you guys

The pita was so soft, chicken spiced so nicely, fresh veggies...will be going back a lot. But make sure you are hungry or sharing. The portions are pretty big! Staff super friendly, too!

One plate is definitely enough to serve two people (or three children), and staff were very kind and helpful. It's always great to support small businesses in Kamloops, and I would recommend this location wholeheartedly! :)

But where is supervisor？ The team work need leader to united them. Therefore the business create the efficiency. Also， during the rush hour，the background music is kinda like spa store.（relax n slow）During rush hour at kitchen，the back ground music it should be fast. Fast music makes people moving faster. I am seeking the improvement，then I will change the rating?.
