I	Irish Anne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here during lunch happy hour. Our server was great. We ordered the lobster dip, pangko shrimp and beef dip. It was all good. Beef dip is made from rib eye cut served in a 5 inch bun. Bread is too light to be dipped in au jus but still good. Caesars was not good.

When it got to my table the steak was still mooing and the green beans were obviously not fresh. Ordered a replacement and it was the same the second time. I ordered my glass of wine and the glass had lipstick stain and not clean. Where are the standards. If we are going to pay more money to eat out we should at least have what we ordered. When the owner came to the table he said that maybe next time I should order a medium steak to make sure it's to me satisfaction. Unbelievable!! I never post on these reviews but enough is enough. Came home still hungry and now eating toast and peanut butter.

But before I told my loved one, I called Mr.Mikes and they were so kind so have it delivered for me. What an amazing service! Wonderful Valentine's Day❤️ Next time we will dine-in ?

His quick wit entertained us to. Tera was on her game ensuring tables were cleared and cleaned and drinks were topped up and helping team members every way possible. She is an excellent Manager. She is very respectful of staff and guests. The kitchen sent us perfectly cooked delicious food. I specifically ask for names to give the kudos for their superior customer service skills. Will return for sure.

L	Lori R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Mr. Mikes! Great meal and great dessert with great service. Only "thumbs down" today was the bartender who kept taking his mask off to talk loudly to coworkers just across from us. All other staff were following mandates, not sure why he's the only one who wasn't.

It got the thumbs up. I I had the shrimpin' sirloin. To be fair, I could dwell on what went wrong with the steak (twice);however, sometimes when it's insanely busy (which it was) mistakes can happen. This restaurant gets a 4*, not for the food, but for handling an epic disaster with AMAZING grace. The server was EXCEPTIONAL. (And believe me I do not say that very often these days.) Not only did she anticipate our every need....she tried her best to fix the BIG problem...she notified the powers at be to address it and make me as happy as a person possibly could be in that situation. The floor manager was also very attentive and did a great job....a perfect job actually. Because of those ladies, I will return. It's not the mistakes you make, it's how you handle them. ?
S	Simon Harry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to eat and have a few drinks. I ate here a few times and was never disappointed. Today I had the shrimp tacos and their own BIG Horn lager. The best shrimp tacos I ever had and the lager was just as great it comes in a chilled Stein. Lunch or dinner or belly up to the bar. Clean washrooms and a patio with am awesome atmosphere.
