★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys will up-sell and rip you off. First I was not asked what type oil I want in my vehicle. Secondly, tech doesn't know recommended mileage for the type oil he puts in the car. Asking me how much millage to put on the sticker for my next service is a Red flag! Called the suppose manager and he somehow checked his camera and knew I had the right oil in my car without even asking about the details of the car I came in with. So many things wrong with Mr lube service. I thought the first time was a glitch but this time, I am convince they always find a way to rip you off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in with a flat tire was off it’s bead and Brayden looked after me in the short amount of time and got me back on the road quickly ! He was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to make
the repair to save my current tire and money! Highly recommended 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upselling! I went for an oil change and the guy who worked over there was constantly trying to sell me everything he could. I ended up changing the battery which could have lasted couple months. Also the same guy told me that 800 CAD worth of potential repairs are needed. Would recommend Great Canadian Oil Change instead.

Even after there guy who had been there for years assured me there was no issues after I came back in and told them about the issues and flashing check engine light. Had to get the transmission re service redone since then works fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here previously and the tech guy I got twice was super aggressive with sales tactics trying to upsell. I used to do oil & tires at another place and do basic maintenance so I’m not completely green. Came here today and waited an embarrassingly long time. I kept getting shuffled around into different lanes so was seemingly moving along but they have to start giving customers a ballpark on wait time rather than we’ll get ya in as soon as possible. If I would’ve known I would’ve gone elsewhere. I’m in town twice a month and needed a basic oil change done for maintenance warranty record.
Prices have gone up as well for a semi-synthetic oil change as well.
$140 for 140minute wait...
*The techs today were helpful & polite! Melvin & Blake I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Such good service! We're traveling back to the prairies from Whistler and suddenly had a low tire warning. They got us in immediately. Found the leak & showwd us the tiny rock culprit. And got us on the road again in good time. Thanks guys!
