I went down again last week as my battery died and wanted a charge. I honestly told them that it caused because I ended up parking my truck for few months. They said no problem and replaced it with a brand new battery under warranty for no charge.
Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased 2 - 6VDC batteries for my trailer in the summer of 2018 from Polar Battery. This spring I was attempting to de-winterize my trailer and had come across a power issue with them (wouldn't hold a charge)
Went down to see the folks there this mid mid June and left them there for testing to prove/disprove the issues. They were awesome, replaced them both without question and I received great advice for future storage. Thank you Kelly and team for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowing my motorcycle battery was nearing end of life, I stopped in at a motorcycle dealer in Kamloops.
The dealer told me they didn't have one in stock, but could get one in 2 days. Really?
Since I was travelling through, I needed one now!
I went online and saw Polar Battery. I called and spoke with Lexi. I showed up at their store within a 1/2 hour. They had the battery in stock; same specifications and terminal mountings as my 'near dead' battery...and it was ready to go.
Lexi allowed me to change it myself (I'm fussy), right in their parking lot. She offered to loan me tools if I needed some.
I was surprised she was a 'recent hire', cause starting with my initial phone call, to seeing me out of there, she spoke with confidence, and had good knowledge.
BTW, less than 1/2 the price of a dealer battery which would have had 'Harley Davidson' stamped on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased two house brand 6 volt batteries last fall to add to my existing batteries in my travel trailer. Because I was working at a remote site, I felt that with the addition of these 2,I could probably rely solely on my solar panels to make sure I was charged up.. After returning to my camp, I hooked them up and saw no appreciable increase in capacity. Unfortunately, as the site was remote, I waited until my next return to town and brought them back. The manager was rude and not apologetic at all that I had invested over 500 dollars in these and they seemed to be faulty. He simply said that they must have forgotten to charge them before loading them in my truck. I reminded him that I had specifically asked if they had been and he was positive. Anyway, he said he would top up the charge and that would fix the issue. I returned after 3 weeks due to my work schedule and the fact that his store had never called. He stated that they were fully charged and would be great. I purchased a battery tender, as the trailer had been winterized by that time, and now upon my return, the batteries are dead. Never again polar battery! You need to stand behind your products because this is a small town in many ways. 5 minutes in the coffee shop can make you or break you.
