Mike from Spoke helped us out. We showed up near the end of the day but Mike still spent a solid hour with us, was super friendly, passionate about biking, and incredibly knowledgable. They didn't have the bike we wanted in stock but was still able to provide us with relevant information, demos, and comparisons. Will definitely be doing business with this shop in the future!

For a lack of a better term there was miscommunication on their end which created a bit of an issue regarding my purchase. However, Mike, one of the managers, that I met few days after, was well aware of the situation and as soon as I showed up he was ready to suggest solution. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a shop nearby to pick up a nice bike now that gas went up, decided on a 2022 Trek Marlin 5 on their site and called. I was told politely it would be assembled within a couple days for me to take a test ride (I was unsure of frame size so I just wanted to sit on it), then I was called a couple days when it was ready. I walk inside and immediately the workers inside want me to wear a mask, I say I have a medical exemption and I was called about the marlin 5 - this is all ignored and I'm told to go outside. Then while I'm waiting outside a worker comes out a couple times asking what I'm there for, what color the bike was and what size. I wait outside for them to bring out the bike, took it for a spin and then I dropped $900 on the bike paying outside and rode it home. Was asked if I wanted any accessories with the bike, but I can't even see through the windows of the store to browse what's inside, so what's the point? Wasn't even allowed to bust the exemption out of my wallet, just sent outside in seconds like a leper. Won't be getting the bike serviced here, but hey I got a sweet bike now that was a reasonable price.

Great prices and a large collection of all you would ever need. Will be going back there for sure, it seems that I have found my go-to bike shop in town.
