★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me preface this with saying that I’m a beginner cyclist. Going to buy a new bike for the first time in over 10 years was intimidating. That being said, David and the rest of the employees at Ridley’s Cycle in Okotoks were absolute stars. I found David was incredible at explaining everything that helped me make educated decisions for this investment. He was an absolute star.

I did not feel any pressure. I ended up purchasing the Trek Verve 3 Disc Low Step. Thanks for the help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really had a pleasure dealing with Ridleys Okotoks. I made a reservation for a bike but unfortunately, I did not move forward. I feel like the crew helping me (Mike) was very sincere; giving me assurance and direction on what should I do. Although I did not push through buying the bike and ask for a refund for my reservation. The process was quick and I can feel his sincerity. This is the best bike shop I have been in the Calgary area and Okotoks for sure next one is the Canyon Meadows pure cycling based on my experience. I recommend chatting with them if you are unsure of what bike or products to buy. They can definitely, help you out with which direction to go.
