★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE my BULLS Cross-Lite Evo Wave e-bike! Logan Wight was outstanding in helping me find the perfect e-bike for my 66 year old body! I've had some medical issues affecting my mobility and for the first time in years - feel like I'm 14 years old riding a fabulous bike that can take me anywhere for my cycling adventures in Alberta! The service team at Northstar is amazing, too. Dorian, Brett, and Shane have handled all of my servicing needs with great attention to every detail. Most times, I'm in and out in the same day ... and always with a smile! This great company makes me feel like I'm part of their fun-loving "team!" I highly recommend all of your cycling needs to Northstar Bicycle YYC!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently shopping around for a solid e-mtb, went to a couple places and finally ended up at Northstar Bicycle through a friends recommendation. Spoke to Dorian about which e-bike would be suitable for me, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, answered all the questions I had, explained things that I didn’t even remember to ask about. I ended up purchasing a Bulls Copperhead Evo AM1 from him and have been extremely satisfied.
Customer service in the store is great, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend shopping here if you’re looking for a bike/accessories or have questions in general.

Dorian with his vast knowledge happily took me out for a nice demo ride to Fish Creek and i was instantly hooked!! I couldn't stop thinking about the experience so i decided to return that day and buy a bike. It brought happiness I long forgot since i was a kid. Thanks for your great help and awesome experience! Highly recommended.

The guys at the shop were super friendly and helpful, helping me with what I thought I needed, but also educating me on what I actually needed. Gavin in particular really helped me out. Good bike shops are more than just a store where you buy stuff, and I definitely felt that way here. More people need to find out about this store because it is currently a bit of a hidden gem!
