Got my order wrong. Very rude when I brought up the issue. I think their idea is you should be lucky to get whatever you get regardless if you ordered it or not. Made no attempt to rectify the situation. We won’t be returning.

Hit or miss really, most recent visit chicken was Extremely dry, didn't get exactly what was asked for. Poutine was barely warm. A big miss this time around

This is something I never expected to happen at this location. I used the drive through service to order a Thursday special around 4pm to 430pm. When I pulled up to the ordering area, there was no response and I had to say hello. I got my order and went on my way. When my family and friends took their pieces, they were disgusted, and I was embarrassed. They said the chicken tasted like it had been fried in a FISH FRYER, and one of my friends even said it tasted like FRIED MILKFISH!!! I had been a long-time customer of this establishment and was dissatisfied. I took a picture of the chicken, and even the hue is different than it was before.

Ordered online. Got a confirmation that it should take 49 minutes. An hour and half we are still waiting for the food to be delivered. Called the restaurant and got the obligatory "driver left 5 minutes ago". KFC uses Hi-Flyer, got there tracker message for it to just say that the driver hasn't left the parking in over 20 minutes. Truly the worst service and will never order from them again.

1. Ordered delivery, food received was not the one I ordered. Kids love the fries and I got the Mac salad which I did not ordered (they didnkot even called if ever they have to replace the fries?!) and my daughter is highly allergic with dairy too.. Then I had boneless chicken instead of regular 10pcs chicken bucket. I called the store literally like 40x, nobody answered! I am not feeing well to drive there and bring the wrong food that was delivered… Kids are not happy without their food, it’s supposed to be for birthday dinner of my little girl! Words cannot explain how frustrated I am! 2. I ordered in this location again, I did not learned my lesson of how frustrated I was a few times before because of their service… My daughter and cousin came for a visit and we decided to get something for our dinner, so we ordered online. We ordered at 6pm and follow up what happened to our food at 7:15, no one answered the phone… We called more than 20x from my cell, then my daughter and my cousin tried calling from their phone, no one answered! Almost 8pm (2hrs passed after we ordered) my daughter decided to go to the store and follow up what happened. THE STORE WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL, No Customers around but HOW COME THEY DID NOT ANSWER OUR CALLS?!!!! They have done this previous times too! WHEN ASKED WHERE OUR ORDER WAS, What took it so long to be not delivered and they said it was already delivered! I WAS SOOO UPSET! We were waiting for hours for the food and my daughter did not go home yet and her place was a bit of a drive just so we can have dinner! THEY ARGUE IT WAS DELIVERED In our home! HOW COME? When we are all starving?!!! IF THEY DID.. IN SHORT, THEY MIGHT HAVE GONE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT IS WRITTEN IN MY ORDER! Our Address is always mistaken with the other street if someone don’t pay attention to what is written! THE ONE WHO DELIVER OUR FOOD WAS ONE OF THEIR STAFF, The old gentleman who used to deliver our food knows exactly how to pay attention with what is written, BUT THE STAFF HERE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! THE NIGHT MANAGER WHO WAS INCHARGE, I SPOKE TO ALSO DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVED IT! The branch owner may have no idea of what’s going on in this branch! Those staff including the manager clearly are not dedicated with their work! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO DETAILS (my address!) AND NO ONE CARES TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!! And this was not just first, second or third times that I had been disappointed with this branch!This is the only one closest to home and I felt so bad since I love KFC. But these were our two worst experienced in this branch, with the same night shift people! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM HERE!

Ordered via Skip. Food was nice and hot and delivery arrived way faster than guesstimate. They forgot the chocolate chip cookies however we probably didn't need them anyway. Skip refunded the cost of cookies within half hour of complaint. Impressed!!!

Did anyone ever notice there don’t give you the receipt. Y? I bought 3 pieces chicken combo with a small gravy . I gave them the 6.99 coupon. How I was charge $12.99 no idea? 6.99 plus 1.50 gravy = 8.49 * 5% taxes which is .42 cents comes to 8.92 where did the extra money go. Please customer always get your receipt from them. R there calculating tips for themselves.

Good tasting chicken when they get your order right. This time the chicken was seasoned well and not to salty. Make sure to check your order before leaving as they can make mistakes.
