TacoTime Midnapore - Calgary

I paid for Mexi Fries got home not in the bag. This happens regularly i ask for hot sauce none in the bag . Ask for hard shell tacos i get soft tacos. What the Hell !!!. Terrible staff should all be fired. Check your order before you leave the drive through.

Ordered skip from this location and will not do so again. All of our beef was laced with beans, which I cannot eat. Since when do soft beef tacos with sour cream have beans in them? Or the mexi fries supreme? Im incredibly disappointed I was unable to eat any of the food I ordered from this location.

Food is usually good but not today, chicken quesidilla was terrible, the chicken was dry and chunky while the ridiculous amount of cheese made it super greasy, no tomatoes or anything with it. Beef and cheese burrito was bland and flavorless. Really disappointed

Ordered a delivery. Got a beef burrito combo. Are the burritos supposed to be insanely small? Never went to TacoTime before. The drink was missing from the combo, ordered Pure Leaf Lemon Tea, nothing. Ordered a seperate beef taco, nothing. Lesson learned, anything fast food taco, especially here in Calgary, just don't go to.

I have to say this taco time is fastest taco time in the city i have ever experienced. I go there twice a week and sometime do prefer skip in my busy time but i always get fresh food and well packed with all condiment they never disappoint me even a single time. No doubt food is great always but the customer service make my experience much more because staff is very friendly, welcoming and thankful to all cuatomers. Thanks for giving great value to you customers.

I have been coming to this location for several years now, and I have two frustrations that keep coming up over and over again. First, almost every time I order food at this location, there is some error in my order. I have been very forgiving with this, but legit, at least 75% of the time, my order is wrong. There have been times when I asked for large and complex orders ($70+) and there were errors, which is understandable. What is not understandable is when I ask for relatively simple orders such as: "Can I get two super beef burritos, one with no dairy, then make both of them into combos, both with large mexi-fries and large drinks, and also a beef quesidilla on the side (dairy is fine on this)". In this common order scenario, the person taking the order rarely repeats the order to me, and when they do, they almost always repeat it back to me wrong. When I correct them, then confirm the order again at the window, it astounds me that the order I receive is still almost always incorrect, with some missing items or other errors. Just this week, when I asked for no dairy in a burrito due to an allergy, I received a burrito that had no sour cream but had cheese. This is not acceptable, as someone in my family has a dairy allergy and got sick from this burrito. The second frustration that I want to point out is that there have been multiple times where I have ordered the same singular item, but the pricing has varied by a few dollars each time I came in a short timeframe. This, combined with the fact that itemized receipts are not automatically given out when receiving my order, has raised my eyebrow on occasion. Overall, the food quality is good and the staff is friendly, so I will keep going to this location. That being said, I strongly recommend that management works on improving the service quality, starting with the active listening skills of the staff.

I would like to give 5 star for the taco time located at Midnapore customer service. I ordered food online and when we reached there it's was all ready on time . We didn't had to wait or ask for anything. Taco time has best Mexican food perfect taste for kids and adults.. mexi fries is one of the worth trying dish..
