Hard to believe that a take-out Pizza place that is not busy (according to google aggregate) can pick and choose when they decide to accept orders and make food. Guess what, you don't have to worry about accepting orders from me anymore. I will easy spent money on another business. Too bad for you.

Recent visit I was annoyed with cause of the delivery wait time but we’ll worth the wait. Cost was very high but again good food is hard to find and you can certainly find it at Sammys. I hope one time I can be rewarded for being loyal and sending many many clients over . Today my discount was $1.60 I guess it’s still something. Supporting small businesses is the way to go

We had the Sammy's Special - Generous toppings, great crust. I popped mine in the air fryer to make it extra crispy and it was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be going back!
C	Carley Rupert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sammy’s pizza is very delicious. My family has been ordering pizza almost exclusively from them since we moved to our neighborhood in 1999. That said, the delivery time it takes to get an order has always been longer than most. We do our best to order earlier/not in peak-times or days so we get the pizza at a decent time because it’s so good, but over the last few years the delivery and customer service has gone way down hill. The last three times we’ve ordered, they told us 60-75 minutes and it’s been well over 95 minutes each time. We’ve had to call each time asking for the status of our order with no “sorry’s”, explanation, or integrity to make it right. The last time we ordered pizza it was at 5:30pm on a Tuesday and we ordered 2 mediums and were told 1 hour and it was an hour and 45 minutes. I called inquiring about the status of our order at an hour and 20 minutes and the person on the phone didn’t apologize or give us a clear indication of when we could expect our pizzas and their tone was cold and flat. The way Sammy’s handled our last order was very frustrating and disappointing. Typically we don’t really care too much about this kind of thing. Times are tough and I’m sure they are super busy - but the lack of customer service left a poor taste in our mouths. We want to support small businesses as much as we can, especially given the circumstances, but the service at Sammy’s has been so unpleasant for multiple orders in a row that we find it very hard to support them now.

Now that I'm in my 30's, my metabolism wants me to roll with the thinner crust... which increases the cheese to carb ratio.. Or I get the cauliflower crust, which is actually great. Never ordered any sides until recently, totally missed out... mozzasticks + family caesar salad for the win.
