Brilliant experience working with such a wonderful property manager Tatyana. She is very diligent and understanding. She is easy to get a hold of and very helpful. I’m delighted to have her as our manager.

It's a pretty good apartment complex. Has covered underground parking. Good maintenance and managerial staff. Prompt response for maintenance requests. Has additional storage units (paid) for any excess stuff you might have. Well maintained lawns. Regular snow cleaning in winter. Close to lot of shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. Recommend it highly based on my experience of stay here for over 2 years.

I lived here for 3 years. Discovered many problems with this building and management. Mice problem/infestation within the entire building with minimum help from management. Complaint needs to be made first instead of having an annual exterminator. Not family-friendly, especially if you have young kids. Fines are given for noise complaints. Playing in the enclosed courtyard in not permitted. Building manager is dishonest when it comes to move in/move out inspection. Upon moving in, I was also told I would be getting all new appliances. This was untrue. I was told professional cleaners had cleaned my unit before moving in, this was also untrue due to the amount of crumbs leftover in the dishwasher and grease inside the stove. This was all said through verbal speaking, so I had no way to get the building manager to own up to her word. I highly recommend any promise made from the building manager is done in writing or email. When it came to moving out, I was accused of not using proper cleaner on the stove and had to prove to management what products I had used. Its best to just leave it as is because the chances of getting your damage deposit back is minimal unless you hire professional cleaners yourself. When moving out, wear and tear is not taken into consideration. I had patched and sanded all the holes left from wall decor and a new paint job was required. However, this requirement was recorded as a "needed repair" on my move out report that put me in a disadvantage for getting my damage deposit back. Painting due to wear and tear is not a repairment, it's necessary for all new coming tenants. At some point, Parkview Village & Harpar Investments needs to take some level of ownership in the quality of their apartments without solely relying on the tenant. Bare minimum is done to keep this building intact and their customers happy. Instead, insulting and provoking tactics are used to save themselves whatever dime they can at the tenants expense. This place is not worth more than 1 star until they've reformed their management.

Wors property management on site:(( that make it the wors place to lease in. Some of up floor units are renovated and they replaced the carpet with vinyl, it's incredibly noisy especially when you have a family with active children as your upstairs neighbors. I've been living this nightmare for 5 months and finally they bothered to investigate it. I was told that subfloor needs to be fixed but company can't afford to pay for. They trouble to come to my unit as well, and spent less than 5 minutes to give ME their opinion if the noise should be acceptable. I ended up having anxiety to go home, my blood pressure got crazy in past few months and after their assestment, I was asked sarcastic if that's all that is trouble me. I request to have my unit listed so I can vacant because it's unbearable for me to stay in, and I was told that I can leave but it's still my responsibility to pay the rest of my 12 months lease. What company who respects equally theirs tenants does that? Very disappointed. I won't recommend to anyone. Sad
