I have a busy life and as we all do with services I require prompt, efficient and informative service at a fair and reasonable cost—qualities that are far too often lacking in present day. Bruce was fantastic to deal with and he, the mechanics, and the store covered all those bases and went beyond. I have no hesitation at all in recommending JC Powersports.

Stephen Foord was amazing with helping out on the sales side and Davey went above and beyond with the financing. All the staff that we talked to in our time there were great to interact with.

This is the second RC51 I've imported and that I have taken to this location for inspection. They did a very thorough inspection and found several issues that I definitely need to get resolved before taking it on the road. Bruce was very fair with his time and in working with me to get things completed within budget. This is a passionate crew that loves bikes, and doesn't just phone it in. I will be back again.

I had one of the best transactions of purchasing a bike. The finance office was wonderful to deal with and so was the general manager who also personally took time to remedy a slight issue I had. And I also got to deal with the Service department and they were wonderful to deal with. They got my bike all sorted out and I can highly say that, I would go back and buy a bike from them. My Salesperson was also excellent as I have dealt with him before in times past! They are a no pressure sales shop and that was the most Important thing for me. Kudos to Gavin, the manager, Davey, the business office manager, Bruce, the Lead service advisor and last but not least, Logan, the Salesperson. And all the others who worked behind the scenes. ?% recommendable.
