★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why I ever walk in this store, but I've finally had it. Normally you walk in and can't find anyone to help. This time I walk in to buy ski boots for my daughter. Three workers in the ski shop. None offers to help. Finally ask someone and she says the 2 guys behind the counter can help. One tells me it'll be just a minute after we have already been waiting 5. He walks away. Doesn't come back for a couple minutes. No one in that department was helping other customers.
Just a suggestion but put your customer service above your stocking duties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is great aside from one young lady who works there. If I wanted to speak to someone with an attitude, I'd call my 3 year old niece, definitely not from the cashier. It's too bad such a negative presence works at such a lovely store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to visit the Okotoks Sports Check and came across one of the most amazing staff starting from the Front cash few other on the floor, out of them all the most important and amazing personalities I have met lately was Brenton, working at the Bike department plus the Service room at the back. I was not intended to get my bike wheel was crucked and when I asked from Brenton he was so polite and knowledgeable of the things he's involved and I felt he's very passionate about what he does. I did not hesitate to give my bike to him. Afterwards he dis an amazing job and adviced me how to take care of an definitely make me think, I will come back to the same store plus not only I will pass the message to my friends as well. He was so punctual and called me right after the job and once again he's definitely an asset to the facility.... thank you for the great work.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was bright and clean, an employee greeted me right away at the door. Whe. I went to the shoe section, I was again greeted right away. A young gentleman named Pearson was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When we couldn't find what I needed, he suggested a substitute that I think was a better idea anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kid in the shoe department showed exponential experience in finding a pair of runners for off and on road terrain that suits my training. I’d like to give Tristan a shout out for going out of his way when the store was 10 minutes from closing to assist me and get the runners I needed for my marathon training. Very helpful and kind employee.
