Okotoks Veterinary Hospital is pleased to provide comprehensive veterinary care including medical, surgical and dental treatment. We have state of the art digital radiography, ultrasound and laboratory equipment. We provide behavior counseling, alternative therapies including acupuncture, herbal medication and nutritional support.
We have an extensive dispensary and carry a large range of Prescription and Specialty Pet Foods.

Please let us know if we can make your stay better. We have Coffee, tea and water available We also have beds for your pet, if not already provided Also ask us about children’s toys, and coloring books that are available.
We can kennel up to 35 patients at a time, with larger kennels for our giant breed patients. This kennel room is in the treatment room which allows for close observation by our staff. We provide all the necessities for both our dog and cat patients.
During Surgery we use multiple monitoring systems to ensure top quality care during your pet’s surgical procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our regular vet was unavailable during the holidays when our 14yo Shiba Inu got sick, so we contacted Okotoks Veterinary Clinic. In short order we had an appointment, the required x-rays done at a reasonable price, and were provided meds for the old boy. Happy to say he's already beginning to act more like his 'normal self'. I would happily recommend Dr. Mark and his team to any of my animal loving friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When your pup runs to the door upon arrival you know it’s a good place. The staff are friendly, professional, efficient and simply the best. I took my 11mo old aussiedoodle for her spay appt and the staff here took their time to explain the process and aftercare of her surgery. After leaving the office I got an email for follow up. I have always gotten all my questions answered and more, the best part is that my pup is tail waggin’ as we enter the clinic. Thanks for the great work, affordable prices and fantastic pet care.

They remember us when we drop in in between appointments for advise or information and never make us feel rushed or unwelcome. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday my cat suffered a very rare and serious blood clot. His hind legs were paralyzed, and as soon as I brought him to the clinic, we were greeted immediately by staff and made to feel welcome. Once we were in the examination room the staff took great care to make sure he was comfortable and got him a blanket to keep warm.
Thank you Dr Mark and all your fabulous staff for making Shep so comfortable during his final hours on earth. I know that you all are true animal lovers who made sure that he was well taken care right until the very end. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a long distance truck driver I oftentimes find it difficult to get medical help for my little travel companion. I made a call and they got me in right away. Dr Mark was awesome and he will definitely be my vet whenever me and Baby are in the west. Love you guys and thanks ?
P.S... even though it was an emergency visit they didn’t charge me an insane amount of money which really matters.
