S	Satinder K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously I wrote them a negative review as they missed my appointment, but then the manager called, humbly apologized and offered a free grooming session. I really appreciate when a business shows courtesy to rectify their mistakes and make up for it. Hence I am giving them 5 star rating. They did an amazing job at my pup. I recommend them any day!
T	Thaddeus Tondu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dog was a little hesitant at first (not Gus's fault, a different places fault) because it was new to her. The staff took extra care and paid extra attention to make her feel comfortable. She now doesn't freak out when we get there and gets excited! She even plays more now at the dog park after going there, which she struggled with after the different place we went to (we think she got attacked, they said nothing happened, but it took 2 years to get back to normal after it). Anyways, staff are great and super friendly!
J	Jill Toews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaches attached to her "mommy" during COVID. Since attending Gus' she has become more social with people and dogs, she is less jumpy at home, and seems more secure. Peaches has her hair done at Gus' and loves her stylist! I would recommend Gus' for all ages and sizes; the trainers help dogs learn to sit, return, wait and for forth. Peaches refuses to shake-a-paw; instead she puts her paw on my knee when she wants some attention.
M	Mandy Halls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fur baby Nova loves coming to Gus’s ? She plays so much and loves everybody there I’m surprised she wants to come back home after her play days. All the staff there are awesome, very friendly and very helpful with any questions I ask them, and Nova gets groomed every 6 weeks too and comes home looking beautiful. Highly recommend Gus’s if you need somewhere for your dogs to go and have fun. Nova has been going there for just over 6 years now and hopefully will be going for many more years to come ?
S	Sandi Lougheed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hannah loves going to Gus' and her enthusiasm is hard to contain. When we tell her that she is going to Gus' she races to the front door of our house and when we are in the car and getting close to Gus' she begins to whine. Once out f our car she bolts to the front door of Gus' pulling us along. The daily feedback regarding who she plays with and her preferred activities is much appreciated. I was notified when the staff identified a potential health issue with Hannah and we followed up on it quickly. Again the feedback was greatly appreciated. A contagious health issue among other dogs was dealt with quickly and clients were made aware of it. Watching the puppies interact on Instagram always puts a smile n my face. The staff seems to genially care for Hannah and I find them both very personable and professional. Overall it has been a very, very positive experience for everyone.

I live in Calgary, have tried a couple of other daycares, and won't bother anymore. My dog is really excited to be at Gus's. They do activities with the dogs and give them lots of attention. It is well worth the drive for the excellent care.

Maddy loves doggy daycare and gets to be a puppy all day long. We have an older dog who can’t keep up with her and needs a break during the week. I like that Maddy is playing and learning to socialize with lots of different people and dogs for her development. The hours are convenient and work well with my shift schedule. The staff are friendly and patient and I appreciate the service and time they provide. A really great investment in my opinion if you want a happy social dog who enjoys life .
A	Arthur Bruce Goodwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asha and Wicket just celebrated their first birthdays. They have attended Gus's Puppy Program, Puppy Daycare, Dog Daycare, and grooming over the past year. They both love going to Gus's. They do a great job of grooming our fur babies as well. The pups are always very happy and tired by the time them come home from their spa days.
