★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a few items as a gift for a friend who is a huge fan of the Okotoks Dawgs. I did not receive them and forgot I had ordered them. Eventually I followed up and asked about my order and received a very rude response from someone named Pablo about how long ago it was ordered. They said they would look into the order and did not get back to me. I followed up again and received another rude response from Pablo and when I asked details about what was going on he stopped responding. I lost money and did not get it back or even get the details about how I can look into it myself. It has been years now and nothing has been done. Very odd treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordered from Grand Slam for the past two seasons with Volleyball. I can vouch for this team! Pablo and Ashley go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Although we are currently a smaller outfit... they have done nothing but treat us with the greatest service. They have been amazingly patient with us and they stand behind everything product they put out.
We are new to the ordering world and are still learning. They have made it incredibly easy to deal with and helped us through every aspect of the process. I am so very glad to have established this relationship with them.
Communication is excellent and pricing is competitive with the value that they provide. Both years, our athletes have provided us with extremely positive feedback. GS is prompt, timely and provide an excellent service.
On behalf of Rampage Volleyball Club, we thank you for all of your efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has absolutely terrible customer service and the owner, Pablo, is extremely rude. We placed an order with them in mid April and were told it would be ready for pickup at the Calgary location but when we went to the store they didn't have it.
Over the course of the following month I emailed and called them multiple times and were always told the order would be available for pick-up "in a few days" but of course it never actually was. We are still waiting on the order now, exactly a month after we were told it was ready the first time.
I would suggest spending your money somewhere else because there is zero guarantee you will get what you requested,
