When I suffered from shoulder pain that prevented me from doing the things I loved, Savannah was the only one who was able to help me heal. She took the time to work on me, provide me with specific exercises and help correct lifestyle habits that were contributing to my shoulder problems. Her passion for helping people be the healthiest versions of themselves is incredible.
I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in a physically stalled state for almost two years. It wasn't until I finally got in to see an ortho surgeon (after half a dozen hoops I had to go through and two years of waiting for appointments)that I was encouraged to see a physiotherapist for help.
After just my first session with Mike I was energized and incredibly motivated to finally begin my road back to activity and ultimately, playing hockey again. I was almost resigned to never playing again. I'm only 57 and didn't want to be done for a long time yet! Now, with his guidance, I feel that to be more than possible.
A recommendation to see him for your physio needs is the easiest thing I've ever done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been using Prosport Therapy for over 4 years. Both Mike and Savannah are great. I do a lot of activities from powerlifting to long distance endurance sports. One on one dedicated manual treatments from active release, dry needling to traditional physio therapy treatments. They keep me healthy and pain free so I can keep active and doing the things I love.

The entire session is conducted 1 on 1 with no interruptions. Michael and Savannah are both extremely knowledgeable and truly care about helping you get to back to 100 % as soon as possible. Stop looking and book an appointment, you won’t be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been seeing Mike at ProSport for 5+ years. I lead a very active lifestyle and had been slowed down by two specific injuries that really limited my quality of life. Both issues were significantly improved to the point that they don't interfere with my day to day life.
When I get aches / pains / injuries now, Mike is able to correctly diagnose and quickly correct any issues I have, keeping me out doing the things I love to do.
I couldn't recommend Mike more and do regularly recommend him to friends and acquaintances who are experiencing issues that would benefit from physiotherapy.

Mike is incredibly knowledgeable about physiology and employs a wide variety of effective treatments including deep massage, active release therapy and dry-needling. Mike's dedication in developing customized exercise programs to stretch and strengthen target areas has been very welcome and he is always available to answer questions about treatment or recovery programs. Thanks to Mike we are able to maintain our active lifestyle despite decades of wear and tear on our bodies. Five Stars for ProSport!
