When I checked Sheep River Storage their rates were excellent & the cleanliness of the unit was exceptional. Roberta said not the put any mouse traps out or 'rat' killer that they have control of their rodents. I was a bit skeptical but followed their rules. I just emptied out the locker & much to my surprise there wasn't one mouse dropping, not one spider NOTHING! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN.
Thanks Sheep River Storage, if I ever need to rent another storage locker you'll be seeing me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you find yourself short due to a serious illness, DO NOT use this facility. They don't care. They will charge you for late fees of $30 twice a month, They will hound you with written notices, emails and texts, even though you've spoken to them and explained the untenable position you're in. For your own peace of mind, either don't use them or choose another storage facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Location & Lockers, Well Maintained, Great Customer Service. Very Polite & Helpful Owners. Lot and Alley Ways are Always Kept Clean, Snow Removal is usually finished within 12 Hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rates, been a customer here for 5 years and never had one mishap. Even had a screw up one time on monthly billing, it happens to the best of us, not to bore you with details but the end result was a very friendly phone call from management and was told to come in when I was ready. You can't find that in many places nowadays.. I just wanted to share the experience for the benefit of the great staff at this facility.
