The facility is well laid out, easy to access and managed perfectly, making it a pleasure to visit. Lisa was very helpful accommodating our changing storage needs, with prompt replies to queries and useful suggestions. Very friendly place, would warmly recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently moved from Edmonton to Kamloops and selected 'Los Rios' storage facility to temporarily store our house belongings. We based our decision on location and their good reviews. It was a good decision. We had very positive experience with them. Lisa, who works there, was very pleasant to work with and very responsive to all our requests. We rented 10 x 20 storage that was clean and secure. Access was allowed from 7am until 10pm 7 days a week. Lisa even managed to provide a parking spot for our car when we need it (short term). If we would need storage facility in the future I would return to 'Los Rios' without thinking. Highly recommended...

She was kind, responsive, and made sure that all of our needs were met. The facility was clean, safe, and up-to-date in terms of security. Billing was easy and accurate and we highly recommend this location. Fair prices too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very satisfied with Los Rios Storage. The customer service is awesome, the stuff is very friendly. The drive up units are easy to access and secured. I felt my belongings were safe there and never had any issues with getting in or out. I was renting a 5 x 10 unit and I really liked the fact the door was on the 10' side, so I could access my items easy. Highly recommend it!
