★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Runner's Sole is Kamloops' premier running and walking specialty shop. They are a “sit and fit” shop and are prerogative to find the right shoe for you and not just any shoe. They are known as shoe fitters not shoes fetchers! They have a wide variety of footwear including RUNNING, WALKING, Hiking, ORTHOPAEDIC footwear, COURT SHOES, SANDALS and KIDS SHOW. They carry sizes ranging from a woman's 5 to a men's 16 and width ranging from 2A to 6E. They can fit any foot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of hokas and after a week my feet hurt so bad I asked if I could return them the lady I talked to said yes and she knew I didn't have the receipt. When my nephew brought them in for me the man was so rude to me on the phone telling me they are in horrible condition which was not true. He said he could see foam I'm not sure what he was looking at. I do not recommend going to his store. I had friends that were going to go there and after I told them about my experience they will no longer be going!!

Owner was very helpful in getting the right running shoe and was more than willing to work with me when the first pair I purchased didn't fit correctly. Highly recommend this store. For people who buy online, you can't beat the staff's knowledge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff. I was helped by a wonderful person named Marlie (or Marnie? I’m terrible with names) and she was by far the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with in a long time. I wish I had gone to this store from the beginning of my search for shoes rather than run all over Kamloops with zero help from anyone out of all the stores I visited. They also offer a healthcare worker discount! I will come back for my next pair of runners for sure. Thank you Runners Sole!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am training to run the west coast trail and was in a pinch away from home when my runners blew up. Doug sized my feet and was able to hone in on exactly what shoes would work for my feet. I am very pleased. And free fuel if you buy a pair or shoes! What’s not to like?

This store is Queer friendly.
Great service, got me properly fitted into a set of runners. Never felt the level of service from any other store. Tried on a few pairs of shoes and got the proper runners for my feet.
