Always happy with the customer service and constant deals compared to other stores in the mall. Always greeted and treated like a regular.

Good for cheap accessories and tights/socks, and their 2 for $5 surprise bags are fun. However, the quality of all of their items is a lot worse than most trendy stores for the same price. Unless you are looking for something more fun or temporary (maybe good for growing kids), you're better off looking elsewhere.

If I could give a zero, I would. Went here with my teenage daughter. Other than the fact that the store was opened you would have never known someone was working. No greeting, no announcement on sales or deals they were having in the store. I was not impressed. We ended up walking out soon after and went to a different store spending $150.. your loss their gain..

management is amazing and friendly, i was greeted kindly and directed to the products i was looking for. overall great customer service and everything was tidy and looked great.

I would like to give this store a minus 5 but this is not possible. I am a long time customer and will continue to be so in many different provinces but refuse to be a customer in Aberdeen mall, Kamloops store. On Jan 03,2022..I did my weekly visit to Ardene. (usually North shore Kamloops)(or various stores in Alberta) but I decided to go to Aberdeen mall (bigger selection)with my Birthday gift card of $50 and Christmas gift card of $150. I walked into the store occupied by at least 20 customers. The 2 girls behind the counter giggled and talked LOUDLY(ignoring everyone) I spent 40 min looking around as it was very hard to shop. I waded through shoes/boots/ clothing strewn about the store. I even had to clear the bench to try on shoes. The place was an absolute mess. I would imagine shoplifting was easy peasy that day. Sales people did not even acknowledge there were people in the store. Finally I walked up and said to one girl that I was looking for Toques/gloves and a certain size of boots. This girl actually said to me ...Good luck with your search and walked away. In the 57 years I have been alive ,I have never heard a salesperson respond this way. Two women near me heard this and were appalled. I did not know these women but we all left the store. I only hope that they were spotters for Ardene because these girls made this location unacceptable(except for shoplifters of course). I then went to North shore location where I was met with friendly staff, not a thing out of place. I decided to ask for help just to check response and the young girl was so helpful and polite that I found myself settling for items just because of her attitude. I told her of my experience and she explained that store was without a manager but apologized for their behavior and assured me manager or not this is embarrassing. When or if this store doesn't close before a manager is hired. Please look at scheduling for this day because these girls are not someone any business should keep. I imagine there is good staff there but these 2 made everyone look very bad.

I was looking for something to wear for a special occasion and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave me assistance on everything I was asking for and I ended up really happy and satisfied with what they recommended me to buy! Thank you ladies! Amazing service!

Last Friday I had a GREAT experience at this location. I was shopping for my 15 year old daughters birthday gift and the lovely staff welcomed me the second I stepped in the store. They were eager to help me find clothes for my daughters gift and even gave me suggestions. I don't shop much at the mall but Ardene has always been one of my favourites and will continue to be after this experience. Thank you for the wonderful service, also great discounts right now I HIGHLY recommend this store.
