★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to go shopping with my kids for back to school clothes. Asked a salesperson where X smalls were. She just gestures at a huge table then gives me a very snotty attitude when I asked if I had to hunt through the stacks myself or???? I'll spend my 500 dollars on back to school somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. Was super friendly and helpful helping me and then when I got the wrong size for my hub returned it with no fuss or impatience and helped me buy the right size. Love all of the staff here!

Bought two of the same brand. I washed and dried then and one shrunk from a large to med size (while the other was completely fine). Went to return it, and they wouldn't accept a return or exchange. "too bad" basically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were recently browsing in the store and she saw some pants that we bought for our son with special needs. Nice pants, but unfortunately they were too short. When we returned them, we were very disappointed to find out that they don't give refunds, so we had to use a store credit to buy something that we really didn't want that cost $5 less than the store credit (we took the loss on the $5). I guess that we should have asked about the return policy before shopping, or just shop on Amazon!! Won't shop at Bluenotes again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in there and no one said anything to me. Not even a hi quickly, instead they were talking to each other. When I went to ask a question the turned around. Extremely poor customer service… never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are you kidding me, I come to the counter with the clothes folded the way I want with tags sticking out for the cashier, she takes my purchases unfolded them and proceeds to refold them her way, as she gives them back to me I proceed to fold them the way I want them fold, she yanks the clothing out of my hand and tells me I can fold them how I want at home. I told her to keep the clothes and left. Really nice customer service, will never shop there again.
