★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointed with the service I had today. After looking at the styles of winter boots the store did offer, the employee told me quote "fyi its spring (Its Jan 26th lady) and you should shop for winter boots before the season starts".
I am very aware of the time of season and was very turned off by this comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this location many times and every time the customer service sucks. Never greeted when walking in, have to hunt down employees for change rooms and just feel like a bother to be in the store. Today one employee was talking on their phone on the sales floor and another was talking about an ex employees court case. Nice!
