I used paypal method to purchase and instead of providing gift card she just refused to help me. I also noticed the staff making fun of the customers and really not interested to work that is why they put fake sign of maximum customers capacity is reached eventhouh barely any customer inside. Really the worst store and service in entire Kamloops

Brought exactly the bras I asked for and when I asked for matching panties she gave me a lot of opties to choose from. Left the store with two sets but could have been way more if my wallet had allowed it. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
