★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the new manager is so rude. I asked why nobody notify me that my member card was expiring; she proceded to says " it is nothing we can do, you lost your points" She was so rude. I am not going back that place. I used to buy all my products there.Not anymore... They should review their card membership policy. They send you reminder of sales all the time, but never an email to tell you when the card you pay for is expiring. Amazon sells the same products cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new manager Jennifer is very rude and unprofessional with its staff. As a former employee, I had a very bad experience working there under her management. I wouldn't recommend people to work there at all as it is a very toxic work environment due to the new manager.
The few remaining staff such as Kathy and Lisa are beyond exceptional with their customer service! Definitely approach them if you visit the store as they know the products very well and will give the customer a very personalized experience. However, do not by any chance ask for help from the manager as she doesn't know the products and might give misleading information.
