N	Nunya business on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like any other store, have to watch prices. Ok selection, staff are ok. Dont much like their return policy, but thats not them its the higher ups. Keep that in mind when you return things. Its not the staff, they just follow the rules. Would be nice if they had a bit better selection for adults. Seems 1/2 the store is kid stuff.
K	Keona Ned on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the artic air pure chill the so called manager Jordan said I could try it and if I don't like it bring it back with in 30 days & I also bought the 3 year warranty so that if anything happen to it I could get a new one I went to take it back because it doesn't work it's a piece of junk and he said we'll of course it's not going to work in 40 + weather and said I'm not allowed to return it im not very happy as it was a waste of $80 that I want back

There is something for everyone at this store..... from home items to beauty/hair products, children's items, lights, weighted blankets, Dr. Ho products and much, much more!!! The staff is always pleasant, greets you with a smile and offers help with finding your item? Highly recommend this store for all your "I saw that on t.v." products????
s	sheldon slack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Manager Jordan in kamloops Aberdeen mall. Sold us a arctic air pure chill which he sold us with extended warranty. Told us we could return within 30 days of did not like it or it did not work. So we returned it less then 1 week later as we used it once and did not do as it was advertised. The manager refused to return it unless it was broken due to manufacturers error. Then told us we should have bought extended warranty. Even though we had already. Highly suggest traveling else where for your future purchases

S	S T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the staff was pleasant enough but you have to watch your prices. They do not show you prices when scanning and some items scan higher than the shelf price. Then they say no refunds, store credit only even though it was their mistake. Online help is a joke as they send you back to the store to waste more of your time and money. This business has been shady since the as seen on tv days and that business model remains even with the new name. Terrible customer service and shady policies.
