Our story simply starts with better tasting food on the grill! Life got busier and finding the time to 'fire' up the charcoal grill, was only happening on the weekends. There had to be a grill where someone could enjoy that primal flavour of wood smoke combined with the convenience and simplicity of gas.
That is where the pellet grill came in. You just push a button and minutes later you're cooking with wood smoke and a wood-burning fire. The versatility and ease of going from low & slow ribs to searing that rib eye was fantastic! Being enthusiastic about the joys and challenges of outdoor cooking/grilling, making good food, sharing with family and friends made it a natural fit to take our journey and share our passion from our backyard to yours!
From our Green Mountain Pellet Grill line up (3 sizes starting at the Trek - portable and perfect for tailgating, RV'ers and camping, the Ledge - mid size groups and families, the Peak - great for large families or gatherings) to our Ooni Pizza ovens we got you covered!
At BackCountry grills, we will continue to offer quality products from Green Mountain Grills, Ooni (outdoor pizza ovens), LumberJack Pellets, Furtado Farms pellets (100% Canadian) and service that our valued customers expect from BackCountry Grills.
