Absolutely horrible experience. Bought a couch in April and experienced multiple delays. We let it all slide due to Covid. When it finally showed up months later, it arrived damaged. I contacted Wholesale Furniture Brokers and was transferred to their "Claims Department". They were prompt in documenting my concerns but that's about it. Every inquiry over the last 3 months has been responded to "we have let our supplier know" along with some patronizing response about having to be patient because of Covid. So I've basically had two huge boxes sitting in my Foyer since June. I;ve asked for my money back, but no response. Unfortunately, it looks like the only recourse I have is to consider litigation in Small Claims Court.

My wife and I went to checkout a couch here, saw one we liked, and Jysk had the exact same one but it was $100 cheaper here, great! So we decided I’d go grab the couch a couple days later. I picked it up and she checked the receipt after and it was the same price as at Jysk (the higher price). She went back and asked why it wasn’t the same price as what we saw before (as she had a picture of the initial lower price). They said we were lucky we got it at that price because they were going to increase the price again anyway. I understand there’s a lot going on importing wise right now but I’m disappointed they wouldn’t honour the original price we saw. Especially because we had a picture from days before of the competitive price we thought we were getting. Would have been a 1 star but the couch is great so 2

I got some Nordic memory foam pillows from Wholesale Furniture Brokers. THEY ARE A LIFE SAVER! The pillows are very comfortable, and I can sleep very well with them. I feel so rested in the morning! I used to get a stiff neck before I got the pillows. I had fun shopping at Wholesale Furniture Brokers. The staff are knowledgeable about the products, very friendly, and make it easy to shop there. I also feel like I get a lot of value for the price I paid. Since the pillows are better than I expected, I will definitely be shopping at Wholesale Furniture Brokers again when I need new furniture.

Bought a couch from Wholesale Furniture Brokers last year for a vacation property, and loved it so much we bought one from the same line for our house! Super friendly service, and they are always more than willing to listen to my millions of questions, and then let me make up my mind. Between the service and the great prices, Wholesale Furniture Brokers is our go-to place for furniture!!

I wish I can give ZERO... atrocious service with matching quality. Ordered a bed for my child, the solid wood claim was misleading as there was nothing solid about it. Thin, cardboard like construction with terrible engineering broke within 2 months. It took an entire month and over 10+ emails and 30+ phone calls to eventually get a partial refund, they will not refund shipping fee (20% of amount). Ended up throwing the bed out and purchasing an Ikea... So much happier and it was even less costly. Never dealing with this company again!

I ordered a sectional of 3 pieces, one piece was delivered to someone else and someone else item delivered to us, and when I reported that the piece came with ribbed package or you could consider it without packaging and damaged with scratches everywhere.. when reported that and request a refund they started to ignore my case and not replying my emails not answering my calls i left many voice messages and also what I got alll is ignorance.. After 2 months they offered 175 $ refund to keep it as is when I did not accept that they told me they will close the case as I signed on the shipping paper that it is not damaged,, which is the signature of the first delivery with a wrong piece. These are some few pictures showing the horrible service they have. NEVER TRY TO THINK TO BUY FROM THIS ,,, THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

Very bad quality sectional for which I waited for almost 5 months to get delivered to Calgary because they don't have the extra chair in stock that time and after 2 month's they told they stop making the chair which fits in between the 2 parts of sectional. So we said ok we will go with the sectional they have available. And then just under under 3 years it already started ripping apart. See the pictures. Keep in mind we were not even sitting on them for about a year when we went to our home country. And now we have another sofa and love seat from another store where we set during most of the day since January. So I don't know what should we expect from the product. I honestly would appreciate if the owner take it back and just give me half of my money back.

Bought the Worth Platform Bed listed on their website. It was a better deal than other furniture brokers in Canada. Quality is excellent and the way it was packaged exceeded expectations so it wouldn't get damaged in transit. I had a slight issue with last mile shipping to my place, but Garth and Sergei did a great job in communication over the phone and email which was quick to resolve. They also have some cool stuff in their showroom. Go check them out if you live in the Kamloops area. If you can't visit their showroom, check out their website for their catalog. Thanks again!
