★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What started out as an ideal experience has left me feeling disgruntled but now all faith has been restored. I walked into Jysk 2 weeks ago and wished to purchase the Nordby sideboard. It was sold out but a nice service man gave me great customer service and told me that 5 were coming in and I could pre buy one. I would then be called and could come back and pick up. I live a 45 minute drive away. The next week the item came in and I happily picked it up. To make a long story short-the top piece had been damaged and I called the 1 800 number on the assembly directions. I was worried I would have to bring the whole sideboard back but was advised I just needed to bring the piece in and it would be replaced. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and compassionate. The manager even located my phone number and called me personally. I could not be happier. Thank you Jysk Kamloops.

Looking for quality? Shop elsewhere. Staging a house for sale; mostly disposable feature pieces and some fun items. Pillows blankets etc. There's a lot more than meets the eye in JYSK. Take some time when visiting.
