★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very friendly and efficient. Beautiful store and always incredibly clean. I've shopped around for contacts, on line and in town and the prices are always the same or less. I'm 'not exactly the most pleasant person when going to eye doctor (I find it inconvenient and expensive). Patty and all the other staff are always amazing and I always leave in a better mood than when I came in. I've been going here for years and will never go anywhere else.

And my experience was painless, quick and most of all simple. Thanks Kim for a great experience, and I'll be buying glasses again from you in the future. 5/5!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with IRIS for a number of years. I have fairly complex vision needs and have found IRIS to be very stress free because of the warranty on their products. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and I always feel comfortable.
I used to go to my Ophthalmologist to get my eyes tested. I now use IRIS end to end, I have that much trust in them. Great staff, great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with my experience at Iris in Kamloops. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I was treated like I was the only person in the room (given time and attention) and yet no one was ever ignored or left waiting.
This day in age I find many establishments (restaurants, stores, businesses - big or small) lack customer service and customer appreciation. Very upsetting! However, I am appreciative to the staff at Iris for focusing on people, relationships and experience. Thank you!
