★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought 3 prescription sunglasses from this store over the past 5 years. I can no longer wear any of them as the lenses keep falling out. The store blames me for keeping them in the sun. I will never shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of glasses in July of 2016. A defect showed up in February 2017 and I was having problems with focusing while wearing the glasses so I took them back in. Was told the defect was a chip and it was spreading and there was nothing that could be done as the warranty is only 3 months, even for a defect. I was told everything else was in order so the vision must be dirty glasses. Also heard the owner telling the employee about all the things to NOT tell me so they didn't have to cover the problem.
Took the glasses for a second opinion and was told the chip was spreading from inside the lens and was caused by poor installation. My lenses were also out of adjustment and the Pupilary Distance was off which would cause my vision problems.
Had a third opinion that agreed with the second opinion....
Won't be going back...ever.

I break my glasses alot because I'm rough I guess but everyone at this store always helps me out and makes sure I can always see clearly no matter what! I've bought a pair of prescription sunglasses and like 5 pairs of glasses from them and also contacts and I'll probably never buy them anywhere else unless I absolutely have to! Thanks team
