The two ladies that did two of my eye test were very nice and the doctor that looked after me all 3 made sure I understand what was happening very friendly staff felt very welcomed
The lady that help me pick out my frame for my glasses was very helpful
When I picked up my glasses the lady that gave them to me was very nice and made sure they fit my face perfectly before I left
What a awesome team they have great job
It was my first time ever getting glasses everyone was so nice and helpful and made me feel very happy and comfortable with my new glass

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service from optometrist. The ladies at front desk are phenomenal with helping but the one older optometrist needs to get a new career. Charged me for a contact fitting I never needed and won’t give me my money back.. also purchased frames and got an aggressive call about how HAD to pick up immediately because they are counting inventory soon. I am sorry but these frames are paid for and you can’t put them to the side?? Not to mention I do not live in Melfort. Will never be going back.

There is one special lady (Diana) who always make our visit extra special as she goes above a beyond to make you feel welcome and your day a little brighter.
Keep up the great work Melfort FYI??

The front desk ladies are very friendly, and Dr. Rae was very knowledgeable and friendly during my first eye appointment ever. Overall, they made me feel comfortable during my eye exams and I would recommend FYI in Melfort to anyone needing an eye exam!
