★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been seen Dr Nielsen for the last 6 years or so for our family eye exams. Last fall my wife and daughter had their exam done and got their prescription for glasses. We ended up buying glasses from an online store as it a lot more affordable. When the glasses for my daughter arrived, she could not see clear out of the one side. I thought the online store made a mistake. After visiting Dr Nielsen again to verify the prescription, turns out that his assistant made a mistake on the prescription. They admitted that it’s their mistake, but there is nothing they can do as we did not buy the glasses from them. The fact that they gave the wrong prescription, means nothing and they did not care. Actually they ( staff and Dr Nielsen) got really rude. We had actually to ask for even an apology.
Needless to say, we are never going back and we will spread the word.
