I came to this store hoping to find some new vape juices or products, specially because this store is much closer for me than the other ones. I went inside, the store was empty and the sales person said that he would be with me shortly, so I sat down to look at a catalog they had so I could have my questions ready to go. A guy came in that was clearly a friend and they started talking for at least 15 minutes. Meanwhile I was still waiting. I was hoping that one of them would realize that a customer was still in store. I ended up leaving after another 10 mins of waiting and it's like I was a ghost.. Maybe brush up on how to treat customers instead of prioritizing your friends, thanks.
j	john doe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employee has the memory span of a goldfish. Asked for a flavor in 12mg. He forgets within seconds and asks me again, so I told him. Once again he forgets and asks me again, then goes to the back to fetch it. Brings out the wrong flavor, so I corrected him. He had to spike the juice with extra nicotine because they were out of the 12mg which was fine. Finally I get home with the correct flavor and open the bottle only to discover the seal wasn't cracked yet and he sold me a 6mg bottle that wasn't spiked to 12mg. Think I'll stick to Vape Warehouse from now on.

This store deserves a visit as it has a large variety of juices, boxes, rda's, pens and more. You will also get some good deals!

Owner, I'm not saying your responses are wrong, but they're totally unprofessional and it makes you and your business look bad. It would've been better for you to just not respond, because your response just makes all the 1 star reviews more believable. Can't wait to see what kind of vomit gets posted in response to this review. To the owner who took 5 months to respond: Thank you for proving my point, couldn't have been better ?
A	Anon Anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop had a very little selection for juice, it was of medium to higher quality of juice atleast. There was only three types of coils so good luck getting your new coil here. And the staff did not know much about the product, will not be coming back.

They helped me find what I was looking for and you can tell the guys know the product that they sell unlike other shops. Bought my mod and continue to buy my juice from them. The prices are reasonable considering the brand of juice that I buy is above average quality. If someone is trying to quit smoking or wants a good quality mod I would probably refer them to this place.
T	Taylor Matusik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last weekend I decided to purchase one of the ghost disposable vapes, and it unfortunately was defective and caught on fire, I didn’t bother bringing up to one of the workers because I hate being that Karen type of person, but I came into the store today, and one of the boys there were super helpful and very understandable when I explained to him what had happened, he told me to go back home and grab it and bring it in, and that’s what I did. He was more concerned about my safety than anything else. I didn’t get his name, but he was super awesome and sweet! Thank you!
