I bought the 3vice vape 2days ago
I used 1 in 2days, then i opened new one .
But that was not working , so i went to the shop ,
They said they canβt exchange .
The policy is If you gonna buy 3 or 4 vice
the customer is have to test it in front of staff at same day.
Even the vice company saying
Please use within 72hours from first inhale .
If you use properly.
U canβt buy 2 or 3 vices in here by ridiculous policy in here
They can see my recipe by membership
They donβt care , just we have to check all vice vape, if you buy 5 , yes you need to check all vice in front of staff in right away .
I donβt recommend this shop
Bad customer service , $20 ? I donβt care
Please Donβt go , you gonna lose your money.

β β β β β Definitely one of my favourite vape shops in Calgary for all my vape needs, they carry a great array of products from disposables, to mods, to juices. Everything you may need, Alt Vape has it. Ben at AV is doing a stellar job, gave me really good recommendations for disposables.

β β β β β About a year ago I had a bad experience with an employee at a store and the manager tracked me down to make it right, and Iβve had nothing but positive experiences ever since. The one thing I love the most is the free same day delivery in Calgary as Iβm a very busy person and donβt always have the change to get to the store when I need to.
Tonight I made an order and I thought I missed the cut off so I ordered it for tomorrow. But I got a text from the store asking if I wanted my order tonight.
The experience I have had over the last year has made Alt Vape become my store, and now no matter how empty my juice is or how burnt my coils are, I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else.
Make Alt Vape your store and I promise you wonβt regret it!

β β β β β I love Alt Vape in general but this is by far one of the best branches. Ty helped me out December 7th around 1:30 pm. They were awesome. Knew a lot about the product in the store. And even made sure to reinforce their points system and trade in system. Their manager also helped me inquire about the possibility of an Argus replacement pod. Took my name and number down to reach out if they could find anything. AWESOME STORE KEEP IT UP GUYS !

β β β β β Been vaping for 8 years and have been to dozens of stores and this was hands down the best experience I've had. Staff was super friendly, knowledgable, honest and patient. Store was spotless and the selection is great. Only wish I knew the name of the employee so I could give her a shout-out.
