★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beef shawarma was alright but it had some pieces that were cold and grisly, almost inedible, no consistency! Falafel wrap was so skimpy it was mostly just lettuce and two tiny falafel balls inside. Please improve quality control! Not worth the hype or price….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very whitewashed, Ive been to a real shawarma place and its ten times better. I order a chicken shawarma platter which is my favourite, the food was very plain and unappetizing. They put way too much sauce , and charge you for extra sauce. At a real shawarma place they dont charge for any sauce and the flavour is authentic. Better off going to mucho burrito next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in around 1pm for some take out. Only us ordering at the time. Ceasar salad not good. It was made out of iceberg lettuce tasted like out of a bag with dressing that tasted bottled and it was not mixed like a real ceasar salad, so much of salad was not dressed it did have some tasty flat crouton bites. I had the beef Shwarma wrap it was bland and really not flavorful. Lots of lettuce not much else a couple pieces of pepper and no pickles as I had requested. It took about 20 minutes to get the 3 items I ordered with total of 49$ seemed like there was a problem with grill? Nobody told us anything. My son liked his falafel platter but same issue with Ceasar salad. We also had fries on each order which were luke warm. The other item was beef shwarma platter. Basically beef on top of fries with sauce over that. I've eaten at a lot of Mediterranean restaurants and this was not a good food experience. It is clean and staff is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time we ordered food here it was really great my chicken shawarma was tasty and the perfect amount of sauce. The chicken was nice and tender and cooked really well. The last two time unfortunately have been disappointing. The chicken has been dry with some bone shards and very tough. There has also been al.ost no sauce at all making it extremely dry. It really tasted more like a plain chicken sandwich then a shawarma. Unfortunately since 1/3 times have been good. I would not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this location 1 star, walked in on Monday May 23rd for some lunch grabbed chicken on the rocks sat in my truck to munch only to find food was cold chicken thighs as dry and looked day old and no salad( online it mentions comes with fattoush salad), walked in Tuesday to grab some food lady at the front counter said debit machine is down walked in today May 25th debit machine still down. Had good experience at other locations this one is a no go and if you do go make sure before walked out food is not cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a gem? ! perfect combination of healthy stuff +very filling and fair price ! I highly suggest this place to go to! Found my new favourite chicken on the rocks! ❤️❤️❤️ You should all better give this one a try?. I would like to commend the great staff too for making our dining experience awesome! They were very friendly and helpful as this has been my first time. They have been patient and cheerful specially the lady manager Tess. This is A place to go to for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been eating at Osmows all across Canada. This location did not provide the usual amount of chicken and rice that other locations have done so for years. They could have easily filled up the containers and provided value for how much we pay for a meal.
