★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I’m from out of town and our Zumiez has such kind staff. I walked in and not one of the three staff acknowledged me, and simply continued their personal conversation. I began to browse and one of them brushed by me without a word. I left within 5 minutes, even though I’d been planning for a big haul. Just keep in mind this kind of behaviour is what makes you lose business. Aim higher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The times I've been there the employees have been super knowledgeable and helpful with skating info and stuff (i've been wanting to start for a while, and have been in to ask lots of questions), however I have to dock two stars because a couple times i've been in and one or two dudes are messing with their skateboards in store. I have sensory issues and the sudden loud noises and things made me really uncomfortable as a shopper (esp with the skateboard(s?) going all over the place and not knowing if they're going to hit me or not. Besides the fact that it is unprofessional even for a skatestore. Their prices are also very high, and there are never really good sales. It is fun to come in and take a look around though, but those couple times with the loudness and skateboards really put a damper on my experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GREAT service. I went to this store last Friday to find an anime shirt for my daughters 15th birthday. The staff was kind, helpful and made the experience WONDERFUL. I found exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommend this location.
