★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed in the customer service and the product. We went in there to purchase a rather pricey pair of Blundstones only to find out that the ONE boot on the shelf that was the "display" model did not have a mate and the only other boot they had did not have a mate either (I will confirm this, because some people think I am an idiot) the two boots that were left in stock were two different sizes.
Then to be told "we can order it" no one shops for shoes that needs them "ordered" they shop because they are needed at that moment.
If you don't have the product REMOVE the damn display model!! Or better yet ORDER them when you are getting low, not out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid safety measures definitely in order, a ton of inventory in the store, I wasn't overly enthusiastic about the salespeople, bare minimum of customer service. I did buy some boots as they had what I wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very helpful, amazing experience at soft moc Kamloops. The woman was very observant and saw I had my interior health tags on and said you get an additional 10% off. My new runners are for work? They had to be ordered and are on the way!!! Thanks again for such great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In store twice in the last week both times there wasn’t a staff member on the floor helping customers. Customers had to take items off the shelf and go to the cash and ask for a size to try on. The staff member that waited on me was very rude. Won’t shop in there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an awful experience. I was looking for a pair of shoes for my son. There were 2 people working and had no interest in helping us. Everytime I went up to the counter to ask about a size, she was very rude. I ended up going to Sport Chek... best customer service! As soon as I sat my son down and started looking I had someone there and measuring my son's feet. He was so helpful. I won't be going back to Softmoc. So disappointing ? softmoc... do better!
