★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a negative experience when I had my septum pierced several years ago at Instinct. The owner of the company reached out to me on her own accord and not only offered a sincere apology but a full refund because I wasn’t fully satisfied with the service I received. She was incredibly kind, communicative and prompt with the refund and made everything right in my books! I originally chose this company to get my piercing done because I know that they have an excellent reputation, wonderful staff and their hygiene and sanitation protocols are stellar! When I had the piercing done, my piercer was very kind and apologetic when I experienced some issues during the process. He followed all protocol and was very communicative throughout the process. I can tell this business is run very well and I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a safe, professional and friendly establishment to get a piercing done. Oh, and you get a free juicebox!!!

They also have a great selection of unique jewelry and beautiful clothing to shop for as well.

I recently moved to Winnipeg and I waited until I came back to Kamloops to get a new piercing!:) their procedures are done fabulously and throughly. They make sure you get to see the cleaning process. They also make you verify that you are have a clean procedure done. They don’t miss any information and if you happen to forget anything they had said, they send you home with pamphlets that go through all of the same information they had talked to you about on the day of your piercing. Thank you guys so much! I hope to come back soon and get a new piercing:)!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I went for piercings last week. The store was very clean. Staff was helpful and professional. Maddy gave us our piercings and she was amazing; not to mention patient as well! I was not concerned whatsoever about sterilization or cleanliness. I would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing team, I felt supported before, during and after piercing. Everyone is extremely professional, I went in for a few jewelry changes and also had great experience.
The only thing is that I was not warned on HOW painful the piercing procedure is, it could be just me though, we all have different pain tolerance.
