Booked my vehicle for a specific time for a specific job, and they pushed it aside and kept it for longer than originally agreed upon. If you book an appointment for a set time, your vehicle gets worked on during that set time, "whenever is convenient." Not happy with the service I've received. The only reason I would go back is for warranty on the parts I purchased.

Purchased a set of wheels and they arrived earlier than expected. Only reason I won't give 5 stars is because sometimes the in-store wait times are a little longer than most other shops due to their phones constantly ringing.. not their fault though. Would recommend for sure! Prices seem to be a tad lower than elsewhere aswell!

P	Pistel Pete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment one week out for a transmission oil flush and to have the front and rear differential oils drained and replaced. I was told to return in a couple of hours. I returned 2 and a half hours later and was informed that the transmission flush could not be done as they did not have a pump on hand to replace the oil. I was also told they did not have any diff oil on hand and were waiting on Lordco to deliver some. I was told they needed 75W 85. Lord o arrived with the wrong oil and an insufficient amount. I was then asked what I wanted to do? The front counter person said they had 75W-90 on hand and asked if that would be acceptable. Reluctantly I said Ok. I sat another 30 minutes at which point I asked how much longer would it be. I was told that they did not have enough 75W-90 on hand and had to call Lordco to have them deliver the oil. In short 4 hours to get the wrong diff oil replaced. Don’t claim to be Toyota service professionals. The experience was a disappointment and nothing short of a debacle. Horrible!
