★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jen and staff at Terry Trophy & Awards were great to deal with. They were quick to help out, they answered phone calls and emails very quickly. I ordered on Tuesday and received all 75 shirts on Friday, talk about a quick turn around. I will certainly be doing business with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never ever return to this business again! The customer service was absolutely horrid. I went in to get a gift and have it engraved. One lady was helping me but she had another lady come help me because she had cups that she wanted to show me. After we talked and I made my order, gave my email, the lady walked away and then the original lady who started to help me came back out and said the lady with the cups is busy now so she would help me. She kept trying to look up my email to go over the order. She could not find the order and was being very rude about it when I told her what I ordered. I decided that I had enough and was walking out and mentioned that the customer service was terrible and that I would leave a bad review. As soon as I said I would leave a bad review the lady instantly became aggressive and I was walking away to my vehicle and she followed me outside and started to verbally attack me, yelling at me that she would take pictures of me, my vehicle and license plate. I calmly told her to stop yelling at me and she ran back inside to get her phone to take pictures and I left. I went to Walmart afterwards, got better service and paid half the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a charcuterie board engraved for a 50th anniversary gift (i marked off the names in the attached picture to maintain privacy) and the finished product is just what I wanted! I submitted a design and they got back to me with a proof within just a couple of days. From drop off to pick up it was less than a week. Thanks for being so efficient, affordable, and delivering on the design! I will be back with my next project :-)
