★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the work is good, but the customer service and attention to detail is where this business falls short. I had 10 custom uniform shirts and 2 hats to be embroidered with my organization's flashing, and after letting them know specifically what was needed for my uniform they told me it would be up to 10 days for them to be completed. Around the tenth day I phoned for a status update and was told that because they were so busy that it would be a couple more days, which is fine. Then a couple days later I phoned and was then told that they had run into a little "snag" with the pockets on some of the shirts and that it would be longer yet, I also asked about my hats and was told that they had not even been ordered yet.
Upon receiving my shirts I noticed that they had put the shoulder flashing for my long-sleeve uniform shirts on the wrong side, essentially ruining them. After I showed them this mistake I was told that that's what they had "in our notes", which were never shown or reviewed with me. The person I was dealing with was dismissive and never made any attempt to apologize and instead told me that she would email my work partner (who has nothing to do with this and told me that they had screwed up uniform shirts for this organization before) and "figure something out". I take my job very seriously and I'm just disappointed that I was disrespected in such a manner. Just make sure when bringing your items to be customized by this company that you have them go over these "notes" that they take to make sure the job is done properly and in a timely manner,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some hoodies this past Christmas for a gift…. Good thing I ordered months in advance, because the employees are pretty awful at replying in a timely manner.
I’m currently in the process of ordering more, because I am very happy with how everything turned out, but once again, very slow moving on order confirmation and just over all poor customer service.
Would easily be a 5 star if this was fixed though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wicked service and better products. I've been getting all kinds of shirts, hoodies, hats and jackets from Kyla and the team at All About for almost 2 years now. Always able to fit my needs, if a design I sent doesn't work they work around it and recreate it, top notch service.
I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get custom print work, the team is awesome to work with and the product is high quality. 10/10
